We want every attendee of The Great Financial Shift to feel confident about their purchase. This page explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
A full refund is available if you request it more than 48 hours before the event start time (7:00pm AEST on 1st July 2026). After that window has passed, tickets are non-refundable because seats have already been allocated and resources prepared.
Email hello@defimasterclass.app from the address you used at checkout. Include your order number (in your confirmation email) and a short note. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
Every registered attendee receives access to the full replay after the event. If your circumstances change and you can't make the live time, you don't need to request a refund — your ticket already includes replay access plus the bonus resources.
